We are looking for an energetic, results-driven Digital Campaign Marketer to support the marketing team in the development, implementation, optimization and tracking of digital product marketing campaigns for AGI Group brands.
The role will support digital campaign marketing activity for the global brands within the AGI Group: AGI Glassplant (www.agi-glassplant.com) and Syrris (www.syrris.com), in addition to local glassware brands, Glass Solutions, Cambridge Glassblowing and Glaskeller. The role reports to the Marketing Manager and will involve working collaboratively across the Marketing team to ensure best practice is adhered to, and product marketing campaigns are implemented and promoted across a variety of digital channels and ad platforms. The ideal candidate will be a tech savvy self-starter who is keen to make a positive impact.
The Digital Campaign Marketer role requires demonstrable experience in leading integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution across digital platforms. Working very closely with our Marketing Communications Executive and Graphic Designer, the Digital Campaign Marketer will support the digital strategy and execution plan for our product marketing campaigns, ensuring relevant digital channels are adopted to promote valuable online content to a targeted audience. The Digital Campaign Marketer will focus on continuously improving each product marketing campaign based on buyer behavior and user interaction, and will be responsible for tracking the success of each campaign based on defined KPIs and ROI criteria.
A strong grasp of digital marketing best practices, tools and strategies is required. This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced digital marketer to put their stamp on digital campaign marketing activities across the AGI Group, demonstrating best practice and adopting the most relevant digital channels/tools to support our B2B marketing objectives.
To be successful in the role, you should have previous experience in a digital role, preferably with focus on implementing and tracking digital product marketing campaign activity. A minimum of two years of experience using CRM software (ideally Salesforce) and marketing automation software (ideally Pardot) – used for campaign configuration and tracking – is advantageous. We’re looking for proven experience in developing, implementing and tracking integrated digital marketing campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness in a B2B marketing environment.
